Terms of Use
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Space Nestor mobile application. By using the application, you accept these terms in full.
1. Service description
Space Nestor is a mobile application for remote property monitoring using satellite data and weather information. The service enables you to:
- Register properties and track associated weather alerts.
- Receive notifications when Météo-France weather warnings affect your properties.
- View risk assessments for flooding, fire, seismic and industrial hazards.
- Order high-resolution satellite imagery for your properties.
2. Account creation and consent
Using the application requires an account created through Sign In with Apple. By creating an account, you:
- Confirm you are at least 16 years old.
- Accept these terms of use.
- Consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Space Nestor offers subscriptions managed exclusively through the Apple App Store:
- Subscriptions renew automatically.
- Your Apple account is charged when the purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the application for its intended purpose and not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access other users’ data.
- Disrupt or overload the service’s servers or networks.
- Reproduce, distribute or modify application content without authorization.
5. Limitation of liability
Information provided by Space Nestor (weather alerts, risk assessments and satellite imagery) is supplied for information only:
- It does not replace professional property monitoring.
- Data is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
- Space Nestor cannot be held responsible for decisions based on information supplied by the application.
- Space Nestor does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
- Space Nestor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual property
All application elements (source code, interface, text, graphics and logos) are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Satellite images ordered through the application remain subject to the license terms of their respective providers.
7. Changes to these terms
Space Nestor reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified through the application or by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the application and delete your account at any time from the application’s Settings. Space Nestor reserves the right to suspend or delete an account for a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
